Oh, such a nice composition! 
Just be careful with circular shapes and keep their arc shape clean.

i see what u mean .. you fix it ...with what tool? maybe its time to buy PS the free i have has limited options

I don't know Pixlr, but I assume it has shape selection tools?
In Paint Shop Pro:
1) Draw a Circle.
2) Circle/ Ellipse Selection Tool

Cut -

3) Rectangle Tool
Cut -

4) Double the shape and mirror.

Plus, turn on the Anti-alias mode, it will make the selection more smooth.
