Each button needs to be the same height to line up..
The Forum button with the balloons is 75 px high. The other buttons are only 55 px high.
The space at the bottom of both buttons is the same (3 px) so that is good. You need to add 20 px  of clear space to the top of each of the regular buttons (all the ones without the balloons).

Here's the portal button fixed so it will line up...

It could be lined up using CSS coding but I'd rather fix the images then add more coding personally.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'd say that the support forum and your forum version use the bottom of the image to line up, this forum version uses the top. Just guessing. You might want to ask in the support forum in the Forum Design & Appearence Section

Real nice job on the navbar!

This is a nice set skoulikiGallery - [Nav Bar] Balloons yellow navigation bar 1f44d

The alignment issue is due to default CSS of this forum which applies middle vertical alignment to all images. It should be set baseline to have desired result.

You can use them, if someones forum's alignment is set wrong for these, they can fix it with coding.

I just make all mine the same height so that any forum can use them without having to mess with the coding.
