Notes:

- Replace the warranty icon with the new JT logo made by @Mimoza. Get logo here

- Please use a red, white and black coloring, mostly white to remain visible as well as professional.

- Replace the text "Iphone Screen Repairs" to "Mobile Screen Repairs"

- Here's the new chart and prices:
iPhone 6Plus 149.99
iPhone 6 119.99
iPhone 5 89.99
Galaxy 79.99 and up
iPad 69.99 and up

- A large picture of phones cracked, similar to the example, would be cool.

- Add the text/header/company name "Jordan Technology LLC" visible but not large right above the text "Mobile Screen Repairs"

- add "www.JordanTechnology.net" at the bottom small, but visible.

- a phone-based background would be cool, as shown in the example
