I haven't yet. But I am hoping that the forum I am creating right now will really be a success, although this forum is just limited to my school.

its not easy to keep a forum always active

Not entirely sure what would be a criteria for a successful forums but I think more than 1K members and 30K messages may mean it was successful

We left it long ago and moved on to phpBB forum software with a server and domain name later so that one is kinda dead now, otherwise it would have been going forward
The new forum is not that active yet, but things are about to change very soon

Oh and no I don't think I did any promotion anywhere. The forum was for our game project so it did get all promotion from our game.

Not really but I am working on it. I am going to make another forum soon with a topic that just about everyone is interested in these day (besides Anime) that I am also interested in.
